Flagsol GmbH is a joint venture between Solar Millennium AG and Ferrostaal AG offering know-how throughout the whole value chain of large scale solar thermal power plants with a power output from 50 to 250 megawatt - from project development and financing until the turn-key construction as general contractor. In Spain, we provided the technology for each of these countries' first parabolic trough power plants: the three Andasol plants. In Egypt we realized the solar field for the hybrid plant in Kuraymat. For those projects the Company developed the successful Skal-ET collector. It will be followed by a new generation - the HelioTrough collector, which is currently in testing phase in the US.
